1)Stay Organized

You need to know which environment you like to study in.

Are you a quiet student, who likes to study in complete silence such as libraries?

Or a loud student, who loves to study with friends in co-working spaces?



3)Choose Eating Nutritious Food

Whenever we feel stressed the first thing that comes to mind is junk food.

You may be tempted to eat junk food while studying, but it can really impact your energy levels. 

 Avoid as much junk food as you can and make sure you are eating nutritious and well-balanced meals that are good for your memory and concentration.

 



4) Drink plenty of water

5) Get on a sleep schedule at least one week before the exam.
